Draft for review. Confirm the operating legal entity, your data-retention periods, and any state-specific privacy disclosures (e.g., CCPA), and have a professional review before publishing.

This Privacy Policy explains how Dispatch, operated by Amazing Liquidators LLC (“Dispatch,” “we,” “us”), collects, uses, and shares information when you use our Service. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

Information we collect

  • Account information — name, email, phone, business details, and login credentials you provide when signing up.
  • Content you add — the contacts, leads, deals, tasks, notes, and messages you create or import into the Service (“Customer Data”).
  • Payment information — handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We receive limited billing details (such as your plan, subscription status, and the last four digits of your card); we do not store full card numbers.
  • Usage & device data — log data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps, collected automatically to operate and secure the Service.

How we use information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
  • To process subscriptions and payments;
  • To communicate with you about your account, security, and updates;
  • To provide support and respond to your requests;
  • To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues;
  • To comply with legal obligations.

Customer Data

The contacts and messages you put into the Service belong to you. We process Customer Data on your behalf to provide the Service and do not sell it. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and any necessary consent to upload and message the people in your account.

How we share information

We share information only as needed to run the Service, including with:

  • Service providers — such as Stripe (payments), cloud hosting and storage, email delivery, and telephony/SMS providers, who process data on our behalf under contract;
  • Legal & safety — when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect rights, safety, and security;
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account data as described below.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices & rights

You can access and update most information in your account settings. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us at sam@williamhg.com.

International users

The Service is operated in the United States. If you access it from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be processed in the U.S.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email, and the “Last updated” date above will change.
